All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. All sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing or payment terms at any time, effective upon posting.
If payment is declined or reversed, we may suspend or terminate access immediately.
5. User Content and Data Responsibility
You retain ownership of all data, materials, and information ("User Content") you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any information you provide. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete data supplied by you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
You acknowledge that this limitation is a fundamental element of the agreement and reflects a fair allocation of risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanqi Consulting LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7–13 survive termination.
12. Modifications to the Service or Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We may revise these Terms by posting the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration conducted under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law. Venue for any permitted court proceeding shall be in Delaware, USA.
14. No Guarantee of Outcome
You understand and agree that TurboNIW™ does not guarantee any specific immigration result or approval. All final determinations are made solely by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or other governmental authorities.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanqi Consulting LLC regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior understandings or agreements.
