TurboNIW^™ Refund Policy

1. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All payments made to Sanqi Consulting LLC, operating TurboNIW^™, are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible under all circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You gain immediate access to proprietary digital materials and software upon payment;
• Payment constitutes full and final compensation for access and service initiation; and
• No refunds, credits, cancellations, reversals, or exchanges will ever be granted, whether in full or in part, for any reason whatsoever.

This policy applies regardless of your level of usage, satisfaction, or subsequent decision to discontinue the Service.

2. Irrevocable Commencement of Service

Service is deemed to begin immediately upon payment confirmation, or upon any of the following, whichever occurs first:

• Account activation or credential issuance;
• Submission of any data or document through our platform;
• Generation of any draft, output, or material by our system; or
• Manual review of your information by our team.

Once the service begins, the transaction is irrevocable and not eligible for refund.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Understanding the Service scope prior to payment;
• Ensuring compatibility of your system and browser;
• Providing accurate information required for processing; and
• Reviewing all content before submission to government agencies.

Failure to complete forms, upload materials, or respond to communications does not constitute grounds for refund or credit.

4. No Refunds for External Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or misunderstanding of Service features;
• Denial, delay, or rejection of any immigration petition or filing;
• Government errors, processing delays, or policy changes;
• Technical issues caused by user error or third-party service interruptions;
• Account termination for violation of our Terms of Service; or
• Inability or unwillingness to use the Service after purchase.

TurboNIW^™ has no control over USCIS or any government agency decisions and shall not be held responsible for any related outcomes.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal violates this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account;
• Provide full evidence of Service delivery to the payment processor;
• Recover all fees, collection costs, and damages resulting from the dispute; and
• Pursue all available remedies under applicable law.

We will vigorously contest all chargebacks using transaction logs, IP records, and digital access evidence.

6. Service Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability or obligation to provide a refund. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of such changes.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute or claim relating to payments or refunds shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive all rights to jury trial or participation in any class action.
